Applying Patience to Market Trades

Patience has never been one of my strongest attributes. My son, in his own special way, is helping me to develop this trait (at least when it comes to dealing with people) but it's something that still does not come naturally.

It's Gone Beyond Volatility – It's Chaos!

Chaos – and not just in the stock market. Sometimes taking care of a 2 year old makes stock swings look rational.

For example, this morning my son and I were playing, making faces at each other. I was holding him in my lap, with my hands keeping him from falling.

Investing Dad and Labor Day Weekend

It's a long weekend, so I thought I would go ahead and set up this blog. I've been meaning to do this for little while, since starting my investing education.

I'm really having a good time with it and I'm looking forward to sharing that experience with whoever decides read his blog. If you happen to be reading this first entry on the first day this blog, then you'll see that the blog isn't too pretty right now. Also working on that and have something that's much more attractive hopefully within the next few weeks.
